  • A luxuriously appointed self catering holiday apartment offering accommodation on one level in the centre of the famous World Heritage landmark, The Royal Crescent in Bath – a historic city of Roman features and Georgian architecture.

    The Royal Crescent in Bath overlooks private lawns and the Royal Victoria Park and is a largely traffic-free, exclusive residential area with a prestigious adjacent hotel.

    The luxury apartment is ideally suited for adult couples requiring ready access to the excellent Theatre Royal, historic sights, fine shops, wonderful new spa and first class restaurants that Bath has to offer.

    Guests are able to use the facilities at the hotel, but it is advisable to book in advance for any of them.
    The Spa and Gym are open from 7am-9pm and you are able to use those facilities for £35 pp, for a 2 hour session, Mon-Fri and £40 pp for a 2 hour session at weekends. You may also book extra treatments that the spa offer at the standard rate. Treatments are available from 9am-7pm.
    You may also use the restaurant and bar and for any bookings just need to advise the hotel staff.

    Access is via the communal door through entrance hall to the front door of apartment.  Steps lead down to the apartment.

    This property has a lovely contemporary kitchen/breakfast room and a dining area for up to 6 people.  The  lounge/dining room has settees which can be twin sofa beds and dining area.  The  double bedroom has a king-size bed and dressing room with hand wash-basin, linked to twin bedroom with 3′ beds and en suite shower and wc.  There is a separate bathroom with a corner bath, sink  and WC.

    There is separate access to the twin room from the ground floor patio.

    There is a large patio with al fresco dining and raised terrace garden to rear with access from hall and twin bedroom.

    Free WiFi

    A parking facility for 1 car can be arranged on request for an additional fee.

    Please note there is a £50 charge for the use of the sofabed.

    The cost of two nights will be £500 (£550 with sofa bed) and the weekly rate is £1100 (£1200 with sofa bed).

    All our properties are a minimum stay of 2 nights  (3 nights at Bank Holidays).

    All Bath Holiday Homes are non- smoking.

We stayed for a weekend for a birthday celebration a lovely apartment everything you could want perfect place to stay in a stunning location with all you want on the doorstep. A really nice touch was the fresh bread and a bottle of wine and fresh milk in the fridge perfect for when you turn up wanting a cup of tea. Thanks to Joyce the housekeeper for all her help. We will be back

This is a lovely Apartment in a wonderful location. we've stayed at a number of apartments in Bath, and this has been the best, attractive and very comfortable with all that we need. Amanda was here when we arrived and clearly puts grest effort in preparing the apartment for guests - thank you. Sotto, Sotto - a great restaurant.

Bath, wonderful as always. Apartment a gem. Food excellent at Circus and Cassanis. Sun shone for the spa. Holborn Museum worth a visit.
