Carpeted stairs lead to the first floor where you will first find a drawing room, in which there is a flat screen TV/DVD player along with a double sprung sofa bed. Adjacent is the lounge, which has a range of sofas and armchairs, a flat screen TV and a rugged wooden floor and period feature fireplace with flame effect fire. Tall sash windows with working shutters, decorated ceilings and a centre chandelier give this room a sense of space and calm in which you can relax in comfort.
Second Floor Bedroom 1 – Large carpeted bedroom with a four-poster super king bed, 2 wardrobes and plenty of storage space. There is a dressing table, period fireplace and radiator.
Bedroom 2 – Large carpeted bedroom with king size bed. Again a dressing table, period fireplace and radiator are present. There is a wardrobe and plenty of storage space. Tucked away in the far corner is the ensuite wet room comprising of shower, loo and basin. A heated rail will keep your towels nice and warm.
Third Floor Bedroom 3 – Double bedroom with wooden floor. This room also has a wardrobe and plenty of storage space. The bedroom is also home to another period fireplace and radiator.
Bedroom 4 – This is a carpeted twin room with wardrobe and again plenty of storage space. There is also a TV and radiator.
Family Bathroom – Bath and Separate shower cubicle with cushioned vinyl flooring. There is a wooden floor radiator and heated towel rail.
The basement apartment has separate roadside access and internally there is a door that can be locked if let on its own or unlocked for large groups requiring all 5 floors. A paved path leads to a wrought iron gate accessing the private tandem parking bay for 2 cars.
Facilities included, gas central heating plus secondary glazing, BT vision, BT WiFi, CD/Ipod docking station, towels, man made bedding with poly cotton/cotton covers.
