The house is divided between 3 floors, with
the entrance on the ground floor at street level. Upon entry to
the house you are met by an area containing plenty of room to drop
your shopping bags after a busy day in The City and a Grand staircase
leading you to the first floor. Here you will find the stunning
large Georgian living room which has wonderful views out to The
Royal Victoria Park and the allotments that are located behind the
property. This room is suitable for any mood and makes for the perfect
place to spend an afternoon reading; watching films or spending

en suite containing both shower and bath and shares the same views
as the living room, out to The Royal Victoria Park and a beautiful
antique chair sits in the window so that you can enjoy such views
in pure comfort. The second bedroom can be made into either a double
or twin bedroom; whichever you require. The room is spacious, light
and chic and just like the double bedroom is furnished and kept
to a stunning standard. In between the two bedrooms is another bathroom
which has a shower.
