This family flat is in a corner property, giving it more space than is usually found at first floor level in a terraced Georgian house and making it ideal for a family group.   It is in a residential area on the northern slopes of the city centre and has extensive views across Bath to the southern wooded slopes beyond, from the large sitting room windows.

It is approached via the communal entrance hall, into its own private hallway, from which all rooms lead.   The rooms have the typical high ceilings of the larger Georgian houses.   The sitting room faces south east with fine views over the city to Prior Park; the recently new fitted kitchen has plenty of work surfaces and cupboards and leads to a separate dining room, providing large dining table, chairs, sideboard, cabinet and high chair.

There are three bedrooms: a large master bedroom with small en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle; two further bedrooms have twin beds and share the partly tiled bathroom with corner bath, basin and w.c.

Parking outside is subject to convenient new regulations and a visitor’s parking permit is available from the housekeeper upon deposit of £100. Just minutes away is a useful row of neighbourhood shops, open all hours, and at the rear of the property is a small, friendly neighbourhood playground. 

Previous visitors have appreciated the space and light in this family-sized flat, and its proximity to all city amenities.   It is well run by capable housekeepers.
